Straight answers

Why only premium electric bikes?
We use a single motor platform across our entire fleet. That means one set of tools, one parts inventory, and faster repairs every time. Our riders get a premium, reliable motor on every bike, every ride.
What's included on the Family Cargo bike?
Everything a family needs: monkey bars for older child passengers, a padded rear bench seat with 3-point safety harness (fits up to 2 children), waterproof panniers both sides, and a rain cover for the kids. The bench folds when you need full cargo space. All accessories included in the $329/month plan.
What does "all-inclusive" mean exactly?
Delivery to your door, all scheduled maintenance, tyre changes, mechanical repairs, brake servicing, battery health monitoring, and comprehensive insurance covering theft and accidental damage. If something breaks, we fix it, and return it or swap you to another bike while yours is being serviced.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No lock-in on any plan. Cancel with 30 days' notice. You can also pause your subscription for up to 2 months per year with no charge.
How does delivery work?
We deliver to your home anywhere in greater Christchurch including Rolleston, Lincoln, and Rangiora. We size the bike to you on delivery, walk you through everything. Takes about 20 minutes.
Can I swap to a different bike mid-subscription?
Absolutely. Swap bike type at any time with 2 weeks' notice. Billing adjusts from the next cycle. Many riders start on City and move to Cargo once they see how much they use it for the school run.
